We offer FREE returns on all orders. Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, please contact us to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return shipping label. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All eligible returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it complies with our return policy. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within eight to ten business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only exchange items if they arrive to you defective or damaged. Please see “Items that Arrive to You Defective or Damaged” below.
Items that Arrive to You Defective or Damaged
Items that arrive to you defective or damaged can only be exchanged for the same item and cannot be returned. All defect or damage claims must be made within 15 days of your purchase. If an item in your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us and we will assist you. Please provide a description of the defect or damage and include pictures, if possible. We have the right to reject your claim if it is determined that the defect or damage is due to action by the customer. All eligible exchanges require a receipt or proof of purchase. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a full refund instead of an exchange.
